What is actually free?

The Promise plan includes RSVP management for 100 guests, a basic invitation page, budget tracker, seating chart, timeline builder, and CSV import/export. No credit card required. Ever.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored on Canadian servers. Our privacy practices are designed with PIPEDA in mind, and we do not sell guest information.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet — MapleVow cannot connect an external domain like yournames.com. You do get a custom MapleVow link (maplevow.ca/s/your-names) on Celebration, or your own subdomain (yournames.maplevow.ca) on Evermore and Planner.

Do guests need an account to RSVP?

No. Guests visit your RSVP link and fill out the form. No account, no app, no friction.

Can guests RSVP in English or French?

Yes. MapleVow supports bilingual English and Canadian French wedding pages, RSVP forms, email copy, and key guest-facing details.

Can I collect cash gifts or Interac e-Transfer details?

Yes. The registry can show cash funds, payment instructions, and gift reservations so guests know what is still available.

Can I send RSVP reminders?

Yes. Email reminders and campaign tools help follow up with guests who have not replied. SMS reminders are available on eligible paid plans.

What happens after the wedding?

You can keep access to your details, export your guest list and budget, and save photos or registry information for your records.
