| Failed SMS delivery | Credits consumed by a failed message (invalid number, carrier error) are automatically returned to your account balance within 24 hours. This is a credit restoration — not a cash refund. |
SMS messages and digital plan access are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." Once an SMS is sent, we have already paid our carrier (Twilio) for that message. Once a plan is activated, all features are immediately available.
We believe in being upfront about this — that's why this policy is displayed on our pricing page, at checkout, and here. No surprises.
In rare cases of a verified billing error on our part (e.g., double charge, incorrect amount), we will issue a full correction immediately. Contact [email protected] with your receipt and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
