Built in Toronto, by a couple who just wanted a calmer wedding. We built MapleVow for ourselves.
When we were planning our wedding, we couldn't find an RSVP tool that felt right. Everything was either overpriced, overwhelming, or treated something as personal as a guest list like it didn't matter. So we built our own — and it worked beautifully.
Our guests loved the experience. Friends started asking about it. Then friends of friends. And when we realized we'd built something worth sharing, MapleVow was born.
That's MapleVow. No investors, no hidden agenda — just two people who planned a wedding, solved a real problem, and wanted to share that same peace of mind with you.
We're married now, but this software and this process keep growing. We care deeply about privacy because our own guests' information was in this system first. We care about honest pricing because we were the ones frustrated by hidden fees. And we care about making it efficient because we know firsthand how much is already on your plate during this process.
Every feature — RSVPs, guest communication, seating, timelines, budgets, your wedding homepage, and photo sharing guests can use without an account — was shaped by our own planning experience.
MapleVow is proudly Canadian and independently owned. Built by a couple, for couples.
Our values We built MapleVow around three things we refused to compromise on: keeping your guest data private and never treated as a commodity, pricing that's honest and shown upfront in Canadian dollars, and a platform that's genuinely efficient — designed to save you time, not create more work.
