🚚 Delivery Policy Our delivery window is between 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. While we always do our best to accommodate timing requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to route scheduling.
🌼 Substitution Policy Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers may be substituted. Any replacements will be carefully selected in a similar style, color palette, and overall value to maintain the original design aesthetic.
🛍️ Pickup Policy In-store pickup is available daily between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. If you require pickup outside of store hours, we are happy to accommodate with advance notice.
